Office Policy
To preserve the time, preparation, and individualized care reserved for each visit, appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments will incur the following fees.
- Medical Facial: $235
- Appointment with Dr. Greene: $250
- Consultation Only: $75
Treatment Preparation
Many treatments require advanced preparation, including discontinuing active skincare products 7 days prior to treatment to support skin safety and optimal results.
If you are feeling unwell or recovering from a cold, please let the office know as soon as possible. It will be our pleasure to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better. Whenever possible, 72 hours’ notice is sincerely appreciated so the reserved time may be offered to another client.
Before Your Appointment
- Discontinue products that may cause dryness or irritation 5–7 days before treatment
- Please let the office know if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy so your treatment may be adjusted appropriately
- Please avoid wearing perfume, cologne, or other scented products to the office
